5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To initiate a return, please contact contact@shoptwoxtwo.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
